Returns and Refunds Policy

We guarantee the right to return the purchased goods within 14 calendar days from the date of delivery. To return purchased goods within this period, please email us:, with your order number and garment details.

The binding date for returning the product will be the date of posting the package with the returned product to the approved address given to you.

Returned goods should be sent back in the original, undamaged packaging, with no signs of use or damage. The returned goods should be accompanied by a completed return form and a proof of purchase. (photo of proof of purchase is accepted) Refunds for returned goods, if the goods have no signs of use and have not been damaged, will be made within 14 business days from the date of receipt of the return to the card of purchase via PayPal or the payment provider used.

The costs of returning the goods are paid by the Buyer only. does not accept cash or the cost of returned items.

Note: refunds cannot be given on personalised bandanas where you have supplied the personalised text to place on the bandana. Please ensure you check the correct spelling when ordering. Should you realise an incorrect spelling, please notify us within 24 hours to correct and before the bandana goes to production.


Unfortunately, we do not offer exchanges on items purchased at  Instead of exchanging the purchased item, you can return it and we will make a refund to your card to enable another purchase. Should you need a different size or want to purchase a different item, please place a new order.

Damaged / Defected Items

Upon receipt of the ordered goods, please check the condition and content of the delivered parcel in the presence of the courier / delivery person.

IMPORTANT! If any damage or irregularity is noted on the packaged item, please make a complaint protocol in the presence of the courier (the courier will provide the damage protocol form to be filled in) and please take a photo evidence. In this case, please also contact our us immediately at   – please have your order number to hand.

Complaints arising from this title will be recognised only if a complaint report is made in the presence of the person delivering the package.

Products offered at are all brand new and are all checked and photographed prior to posting out to customers.


We guarantee to refund any item you are not completely happy with when you return it to us by post, in a saleable condition within 14 days of receipt. Items should be returned new, unused, and with all garment tags still attached. Returns that are damaged or soiled may not be accepted and may be result in being sent back to the customer. reserves the right not to refund item(s) that are not returned in the reseable packaging in came in.

All refunds will be credited to your original method of payment.
